1. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Vexora operates its own fulfillment and logistics network to ensure your orders are handled with the highest standards of care. We work with a carefully selected network of certified delivery partners across Egypt and internationally to guarantee reliable, timely, and secure delivery to your doorstep.
Our logistics infrastructure covers all Egyptian governorates through multiple carrier tiers, ensuring that whether you're in central Cairo or a remote frontier region, your order reaches you through the most efficient route available.
Vexora selects the most appropriate carrier for each shipment based on destination, product type, weight, and operational conditions. Carrier selection is at Vexora's sole discretion.
2. SHIPPING ZONES & COVERAGE
2.1 Domestic Shipping — Egypt Vexora ships to all 27 governorates of Egypt:
- Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and major urban centers — standard and express delivery options available.
- Delta, Canal Zone, and secondary governorate cities — reliable coverage with standard delivery windows.
- Upper Egypt and remote governorates — fully covered via our extended delivery network, subject to slightly longer delivery windows.
- Frontier Governorates (Red Sea, Matrouh, New Valley, North & South Sinai) — delivered through our nationwide carrier network with extended timelines.
2.2 International Shipping International shipping is available to select destinations as displayed at checkout. Availability, fees, and delivery windows vary by country and are subject to change. Vexora reserves the right to restrict or suspend international shipping to specific regions at any time without prior notice.
Note: Vexora is not responsible for customs clearance delays, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. All such costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. PROCESSING TIME
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or official Egyptian public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
- Verification Delays: Orders requiring additional payment or address verification may experience short processing delays. Our team will contact you promptly in such cases.
- Peak Periods: During sales events, holidays, or high-demand seasons, processing may extend to 3–5 business days. We will communicate significant delays via email.
Processing time and shipping time are separate. Your total delivery window = processing time + shipping time.

All timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Vexora is not liable for delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather events, customs processing, public holidays, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. SHIPPING FEES
5.1 Domestic Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected delivery speed. The exact fee is displayed before payment confirmation — no hidden charges.
5.2 Free Shipping Threshold Vexora offers free standard shipping on domestic orders that meet the minimum order value displayed on the website. This threshold is subject to change and applies to standard delivery only.
5.3 Express Delivery Express delivery options are available for select zones at an additional fee displayed at checkout.
5.4 International Shipping Fees International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination country, order weight, and dimensions. All applicable fees are displayed in full before payment.
5.5 Non-Refundable Shipping Fees Original shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, except where the order was not delivered due to a verified error on Vexora's part.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
If you do not receive a tracking notification within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact our support team at support@vexoraofficial.store with your Order ID.
7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Vexora offers Cash on Delivery for eligible domestic orders within Egypt, subject to the following conditions:
- COD is available for select governorates and product categories as displayed at checkout.
- The exact order amount must be prepared in full at the time of delivery. Our delivery personnel do not carry change.
- Refusal to pay upon delivery without a valid reason will result in the order being returned and the customer's account being flagged. Repeated COD refusals may result in permanent restriction of the COD option for that account.
- Vexora reserves the right to suspend COD availability for any customer at any time.
8. FAILED & REFUSED DELIVERIES
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to receive, our carrier will attempt redelivery up to 2 times.
- After 2 failed attempts, the order is returned to Vexora's fulfillment center. Re-shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
- Orders returned due to customer fault (wrong address, consistent unavailability, or refusal) are not eligible for a refund of original shipping fees.
- COD orders refused at the door without prior cancellation request are subject to a return handling fee deducted from any future store credit.
9. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
9.1 Damaged in Transit If your order arrives visibly damaged, you must document the damage with photos or video at the time of delivery — before signing or accepting the package — and notify Vexora within 48 hours at support@vexoraofficial.store. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
9.2 Lost Shipments If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international) after dispatch, contact our support team to initiate a carrier investigation. Vexora will work to resolve confirmed loss cases through replacement or refund at our discretion.
Vexora is not liable for shipments confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. If a package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact us within 48 hours and we will assist in filing a carrier claim on your behalf.
10. ADDRESS ACCURACY
The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address at checkout. Vexora bears no responsibility for non-delivery, delays, or additional costs arising from address errors, incomplete information, or inaccessible locations submitted by the customer. Address changes after order confirmation are not guaranteed and must be requested immediately via support@vexoraofficial.store.
11. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)
For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any fees imposed by the destination country's customs authority. Vexora has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in return of the shipment does not entitle the customer to a refund of the original order or shipping fees.
12. SHIPPING POLICY AMENDMENTS
Vexora reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on vexoraofficial.store. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
