These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and Vexora Official Store ("Vexora," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of vexoraofficial.store and all associated services, products, and content.
⚠ Important: By accessing or using our platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
1.1 Age Requirement You must be at least 16 years of age to use this platform. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Orders placed by minors without parental or guardian consent may be cancelled at Vexora's discretion.
1.2 Account Accuracy If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it promptly if it changes. Vexora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
1.3 One Account Per Customer Each customer is permitted one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, exploit promotions, or abuse policies is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
2. PRODUCTS & PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
2.1 Accuracy of Information Vexora makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the platform are error-free, complete, or current.
2.2 Color & Visual Variations Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor calibration, screen resolution, and display settings. Such variations do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.
2.3 Product Availability All products are subject to availability. Vexora reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product listings at any time without prior notice. In the event that an ordered item becomes unavailable after purchase, Vexora will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.
2.4 Pricing All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated. Vexora reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. Promotional prices apply only during the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively.
3. ORDERS & PURCHASE CONTRACT
3.1 Order Placement By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Your order constitutes an offer to Vexora and does not create a binding contract until Vexora issues an official order confirmation.
3.2 Order Confirmation An automated order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Vexora reserves the right to accept, modify, or cancel any order at any time prior to dispatch, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incomplete payment.
3.3 Order Cancellation by Customer Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. After this window, cancellations are subject to Vexora's Return & Refund Policy. To request a cancellation, contact support@vexoraofficial.store immediately with your Order ID.
3.4 Order Cancellation by Vexora Vexora reserves the right to cancel any order without liability for reasons including: payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
4. PRICING, PAYMENT & TAXES
4.1 Payment Methods Vexora accepts payments through approved and certified payment gateways including Paymob, Fawry, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through third-party providers. Vexora does not store payment card information on its servers.
4.2 Payment Authorization By submitting payment, you authorize Vexora to charge the total order amount — including applicable shipping fees and taxes — to your selected payment method. In the event of payment failure, your order will not be processed and you will be notified to complete payment within a specified window.
4.3 Currency & Taxes All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be clearly indicated at checkout where applicable.
4.4 Pricing Errors In the event of a manifest pricing error, Vexora reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, regardless of order confirmation status. We will notify you promptly of any such error.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5.1 Shipping Zones Vexora ships within Egypt and to select international destinations as displayed at checkout. Availability of shipping to specific regions is subject to change without notice.
5.2 Delivery Timeframes Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are approximate, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, logistical disruptions, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond Vexora's control. Vexora shall not be held liable for delivery delays outside its reasonable control.
5.3 Risk of Loss Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier. Vexora is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed handover to the carrier, unless the loss is directly attributable to Vexora's fulfillment error.
5.4 Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, any additional re-delivery fees will be borne by the customer. Orders returned to Vexora due to failed delivery are subject to restocking fees.
5.5 Address Accuracy The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Vexora bears no responsibility for non-delivery resulting from address errors submitted by the customer.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All return, refund, and exchange requests are governed exclusively by Vexora's Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at vexoraofficial.store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy in full.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Ownership All content on vexoraofficial.store — including but not limited to the Vexora brand name, logo, slogans, product images, descriptions, graphics, design elements, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Vexora or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
7.2 Prohibited Use You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written consent from Vexora. Unauthorized use of Vexora's intellectual property will result in immediate legal action.
7.3 User-Generated Content By submitting reviews, feedback, photos, or any other content to Vexora, you grant Vexora a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content for any business purpose, including marketing and promotion, without compensation to you.
8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to use vexoraofficial.store for any of the following:
- Placing fraudulent, false, or fictitious orders with no intent to complete payment or receive goods.
- Abusing the returns or refund system, including submitting false claims, returning non-original items, or exploiting policy loopholes.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, mine, or extract data from the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Vexora's systems, databases, or infrastructure.
- Posting defamatory, misleading, or harmful content in reviews or communications.
- Impersonating Vexora, its staff, or any other customer.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Egyptian or international law.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, order cancellation, and legal proceedings where applicable.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Vexora's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform or any purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
- Vexora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
- Vexora is not liable for delays, failures, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, government actions, or third-party service failures.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Vexora provides this platform and all products and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vexora, its owners, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.
12.2 Informal Resolution Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Vexora at support@vexoraofficial.store. Vexora will endeavor to respond within 5 business days.
12.3 No Class Actions You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Vexora.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Vexora shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, governmental restrictions, power outages, internet disruptions, or failure of third-party service providers. In such events, Vexora's obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
14. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with Vexora's Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vexora with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
16. AMENDMENTS
Vexora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on vexoraofficial.store. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms before each use.
